Tip Toes, a Czech–British private school, admits children to Preschool, Year 1 of Primary School and Year 6 (Secondary School).
At Tip Toes, entry is possible at any time during the year.

How does the admissions process work?

Choose an enrollment date that suits you and apply using the registration button.

Please bring identification documents and the completed application, as well as any other required documents, which you can download HERE.

On the agreed date we’ll meet at our school. For Primary School enrollment, the child first meets the class teacher, then the special education teacher, and finally a native speaker.

The list of accepted applicants will be published on the school website under the student’s registration code approximately within 30 days of enrollment.

Frequently asked questions
What does a typical timetable look like at Tip Toes?
Our curriculum is built on a balanced blend of the best of the Czech and British frameworks. We teach using the CLIL method, so some subjects are taught in English. Sample timetables for each stage of primary education can be found here:
Do you offer lower secondary education in Prague?
Not yet; at the moment our Primary School in Prague Vinohrady offers education only at the first stage. We plan to open the lower secondary stage in the future.
Can I enroll my child into a higher year?
Yes, transfers into higher years are possible if capacity allows. At our Prague campus it’s possible to transfer into Years 2–4. Our team will be happy to help with the transfer process.
How much is the tuition fee?
Tuition varies by campus. We also offer a sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled. You can find the current fees in the Tuition section.
What if my child doesn’t speak English? Will they manage?
Don’t worry – we have extensive experience with children who are starting from the very basics. Our curriculum is designed so that children acquire a foreign language gradually and naturally.
